Blume Sports Lounge, the cocktail-led destination for live match viewing, is turning up the flavour for Negroni Week in District 8, Marina with the introduction of three exclusive takes on the iconic Italian aperitif. From 22 to 29 September, guests can indulge in these bespoke Negronis at AED 35 each, the perfect reason to raise a glass with friends in a stylish waterfront setting.

Paying tribute to one of the world’s most celebrated cocktails, the new Negronis offer a refined interpretation of the classic Campari and vermouth base. Each drink strikes a balance between tradition and innovation, introducing unique ingredients, layered flavours, and elevated presentation that reimagine the timeless recipe while retaining its enduring appeal.

Three Exclusive Creations | AED 35 | 22–29 September

Dostoevsky: Porcini Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth
An elegant, umami-forward twist that marries the savoury richness of porcini mushrooms with the botanical depth of gin and the soft sweetness of vermouth.

Barbaroni: Barbaris Tequila, Campari, Casals Vermouth
A bold tequila-based Negroni, accented with the sharp brightness of barberries, offering a lively punch layered over Campari and vermouth for a distinctive yet refined finish.

Fragolato: Strawberry and Cream Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Verjus, CO₂
A playful expression blending fruit and indulgence. With sparkling texture, ripe strawberry notes, and a creamy backdrop, this creation delivers a refreshing take on a timeless classic.
