Maison Dalí and HAIYATEA Join Forces for a One-Off Afternoon Tea in Dubai

Maison Dalí and HAIYATEA are hosting a one-off afternoon tea collaboration. For one afternoon, guests can enjoy a pairing of artisanal teas and pastries by Chef Tristin Farmer, offering a first look at future experiences to come.

Maison Dalí’s interiors draw on the imagination of Salvador Dalí and provide the setting for this afternoon tea. The venue follows a Surrealist Relaxed Fine Dining approach, bringing together Mediterranean warmth and Japanese precision under Chef Tristin Farmer, whose Michelin-starred background shapes every element of the menu.

The afternoon tea follows a considered progression that puts texture, flavour, and technique at the centre. Guests start with a hazelnut praline filled chocolate miso cookie, move on to saffron and orange infused madeleines, and finish with a treacle tart layered with kokuto sugar mousse and tonka. Each course pairs with the tea selection to bring out the full range of flavours across the menu.

HAIYATEA contributes its range of small-farm, artisanal loose-leaf teas, sourced directly from China, with selections from Taiwan and Japan to follow. Each guest chooses one of three brews: Genmaicha, Hojicha, or Sencha. The teas are chosen to complement the pastry menu and reflect the brand’s focus on quality tea craft.

This one-off event gives guests a chance to experience Maison Dalí’s approach to food and HAIYATEA’s tea range together in an intimate setting.
