Dine with Purpose, Celebrate with Compassion

Central Hotels & Resorts, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing homegrown hospitality groups, has launched a far-reaching Breast Cancer Awareness campaign that combines culinary innovation with a meaningful cause. Partnering with MROD Healthcare, the group is rolling out a month-long programme across its properties dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging prevention, and supporting those affected by breast cancer.

Guests can look forward to a variety of experiences thoughtfully designed to unite dining and community engagement, including pink-inspired menus and expert-led health education sessions that underscore the brand’s commitment to hospitality with heart.

“As a homegrown brand deeply connected to our guests and our employees, Central Hotels & Resorts recognises the importance of championing awareness initiatives that truly matter,” said Abdulla Ahmad Ali Al Abdulla Al Ansari, Chief Operating Officer and Group General Manager of Central Hotels & Resorts.

“Our Breast Cancer Awareness campaign is more than just a dining experience—it is a call to action, a reminder of the power of early detection, and a message of solidarity to everyone whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.”

Throughout October, the group’s restaurants will serve curated “Dine in Pink” menus featuring a selection of refined dishes and desserts, including beetroot-infused risotto, rose panna cotta, and refreshing pink mocktails.

Guests can also savour an elegant Pink Afternoon Tea, where pastel-hued pastries and savouries are paired with pink-themed beverages. Each “Pink Ribbon Dish” will be clearly marked so diners know that their choice contributes directly to the campaign. To encourage wider participation, all diners in October will receive 20% off their total bill. A portion of proceeds from these initiatives will be donated to local organisations such as Friends of Cancer Patients (FOCP) and Al Jalila Foundation, helping to extend the campaign’s reach and impact.

The programme extends beyond culinary offerings to include interactive health education sessions, personalised consultations with medical professionals, and physical therapy assessments focused on well-being. Expert-led talks in collaboration with MROD Healthcare will address prevention, early detection, and treatment, empowering the community with essential knowledge and resources.

“Our chefs were inspired to create menus that symbolise hope, strength, and unity,” added Al Ansari. “But just as importantly, we wanted to provide a safe and informative platform for education. This dual approach ensures our guests not only enjoy a memorable dining experience but also walk away with knowledge that could save lives.”

In joining forces with respected local initiatives such as FOCP and Al Jalila Foundation, Central Hotels & Resorts underscores its dedication to health, awareness, and meaningful community support. “Health and awareness matter. Together with our partners, we want to encourage early detection, build stronger support systems, and stand united in the fight against breast cancer,” concludes Al Ansari.

This October, Central Hotels & Resorts invites guests to turn pink for a cause that resonates deeply, blending compassion with purpose through unforgettable dining and community-focused experiences.
