CNN Academy Abu Dhabi is once again inviting UAE nationals and residents aged 17 and above to apply for its immersive training programme, offering a unique chance to explore multi-platform storytelling with one of the world’s most respected news organisations.

The upcoming edition of CNN Academy Abu Dhabi will kick off with a focus on “Community Storytelling,” spanning the first two weeks of the programme. During this phase, participants will engage in ten foundational courses—ranging from Ethics in Journalism to The Art of Anchoring—delivered through a blend of in-person workshops and online webinars, all led by CNN’s experienced journalists, producers, and content specialists. The programme will also include CNN Academy Simulation Week, centred around Health storytelling.

Applicants should be prepared to fully commit to attending training sessions scheduled from September to November 2025, all of which will take place in Abu Dhabi. As the instruction will be conducted in English, having a strong command of the language is essential.

Those interested can submit their applications between 5 May – 30 June 2025. For additional details or assistance, inquiries can be directed to cnn.academy@creativelab.ae. Applications can be submitted online at cma.gov.ae/cnn-academy.
