Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s premier private developers, has revealed that construction of Azizi Grand in Dubai Sports City has reached 35% completion. The 431-unit residential project remains on schedule for handover in Q1 2026, with work progressing efficiently across all key phases.
Structural work on the development is now 88% complete, while the blockwork has reached 51%. Internal plastering stands at 43%, and tasks such as tiling, façade installation, and elevator fittings are progressing concurrently. HVAC installations are currently at 19%, while MEP works have reached 16%. The swimming pool construction is underway at 7% completion. With more than 720 workers on-site pushing ahead with development, overall interior and exterior finishing has now reached 18%.
Azizi Grand will feature a total of 431 well-designed units, including a selection of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The development will also offer residents access to top-tier amenities such as two swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, landscaped gardens, BBQ areas, and dedicated children’s play zones—supporting both wellness and convenience.
