Dulsco People Launches AI and Metaverse Driver Safety Programme

Dulsco People, part of Dulsco Group and a leading workforce solutions provider, has launched Transforming Defensive Driving with Digital Innovation, an AI- and Metaverse-based driver safety programme featuring a QR Code Driver Passport. Introduced in June 2025, the initiative is supporting the UAE Government’s road safety priorities while raising national fleet safety standards and enhancing operational performance.

The programme is delivered via DigiSkills’ immersive heads-up-display (HUB), Dulsco People’s digital learning and assessment platform, created in collaboration with Connected Safety Net (CSN). It incorporates digital micro learning, psychometric profiling, dynamic performance tracking, tailored learning paths, and ongoing upskilling. The QR-enabled Driver Passport, refreshed weekly through CSN dashboards, provides complete transparency of compliance records, training histories, and performance levels.

Psychometric tools identify each driver’s behavioural patterns and risk profile, while AI-driven monitoring analyses acceleration, braking, lane use, and speed. Predictive analytics help identify risks in advance, while a real-time feedback loop connects drivers, managers, and trainers to sustain attentiveness and continuous improvement. The next phase of the programme will introduce Metaverse-based training, offering real-world simulation scenarios where drivers can practise and sharpen their defensive driving skills.

To date, 251 drivers have been trained, with plans to expand to over 600 participants by year-end.

Antony Marke, CEO of Dulsco People, said: “Safety is a key priority for Dulsco People, and we are committed to protecting our drivers, passengers and the communities we serve. Traditional training too often relies on one-off compliance sessions, lacks real-time feedback and fails to engage drivers meaningfully. Our approach changes the game, integrating AI analytics, continuous monitoring and personalised learning into a single system, turning every driver into a certified specialist and safety ambassador.”

Paul Richardson, Group Managing Director, Connected Safety Net, speaking about the strategic partnership stated, “At Connected Safety Net, we are extremely proud of our collaboration with Dulsco People, one of our most prestigious clients. Their passion for continuous innovation and improvement – and their eagerness to embrace technology for real business transformation – makes this partnership truly special. We look forward to continuing to support Dulsco People and drive even greater safety outcomes together.”

This initiative is part of Dulsco People’s broader drive to foster a strong safety culture. Earlier programmes included the introduction of a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS), adoption of DriveSafe Telematics (GreenRoad) to improve passenger experience and fuel efficiency, and investment in Save Fast, a cloud-based tool to target zero workplace accidents, reduce insurance costs, and streamline audits, reporting, and near-miss tracking. By combining the expertise of CSN and GreenRoad, Dulsco People is establishing a new benchmark for fleet safety in the UAE.
