From fine dining to revelry, don’t let the hot weather keep you at home this summer

Despite the rising temperatures, there is plenty to keep you busy without breaking into a sweat as Paramount Hotel Midtown launches a host of new happenings this month across our range of food-and-beverage outlets with everything from Cheese and Wine Nights to Ladies Night.

Paparazzi Tuscan Restaurant: Perched on the 14th floor, our elegant Italian hideaway is one of the city’s best-kept secrets, where La Dolce Vita meets sky-high dining. From handcrafted pasta and velvety risottos to bold espressos and sweeping skyline views, every visit promises a taste of Italy’s finest. This month, there are even more reasons to visit, from seasonal specials and curated wines to a warm, welcoming ambiance that feels like a holiday above the clouds.

 

What: Steak Night

Details: From rare to well done, the perfect cut is yours.

When: Every Monday

Cost: From AED 125 per person including two sides.

 

What: Dough & Flow

Details: Take the lead with your own pizza creation and choose a handcrafted drink to match.

When: Every Tuesday

Cost: From AED 89 per person.

 

What: Ladies Night

Details: Indulge in unlimited cocktails, house beverages and one dish from a special menu

When: Every Wednesday, 8 pm-11 pm.

Cost: AED 155 per person.

 

What: Ciao Bella

Details: Come and experience a feast of fine cheese and wine in true Italian tradition. Watch as our chef masterfully folds creamy risotto into a giant Parmesan wheel right before your eyes, melting the cheese into the rice for an irresistibly rich, velvety finish. A feast for the senses and a true Italian tradition brought to life at your table.

When: Every Friday, 7 pm-10 pm.

Cost: AED 199 per person.

 

Malibu Sky Lounge — Where the City Meets the Clouds

Float 64 floors above the city and step into Malibu Sky Lounge, Dubai’s rooftop gem with sweeping skyline views that steal the show. This is where golden memories are made, cocktails hit smoother, and every bite tells a bold, Pan-Asian-meets-California story.

Our menu is a bold dance of West Coast creativity and Asian edge, where elegance meets ease, where every cocktail comes with a view, and where dining feels more like a stylish escape than a reservation.

Not just a lounge. A skyline state of mind.

 

What: Ladies Night

Details: Your perfect night is set with endless cocktails, tasty bites and glamorous moments.

When: Every Wednesday, 8 pm-11 pm.

Cost: AED169 per person.

 

What: After Dark Friday Brunch

Details: When the sun dips and the sky paints itself in twilight hues, Malibu Sky Lounge becomes the ultimate hotspot for your Friday night. Our chefs have whipped up a selection that’ll blow your taste buds away – a selection of sushi, live cooking stations and sweet treats that are straight-up delicious.

When: Every Friday, 8:30 pm onwards.

Cost: From AED 250 per person.

 

What: The Sizzle Night

Details: Evening lights up at Malibu Sky Lounge & Bar, where chefs go live, grills fire up and city views steal the scene.

When: Every Saturday, 8:30 pm-11:30 pm.

Cost: Starting from AED 115 per person.

 

Melrose bar: Get into the mood at Melrose Bar & Lounge, our fashionable lounge on the 14th floor.

 

What: Ladies Night

Details: Hey, Divas! It’s Ladies Night- time to unleash the glam, slip into your dancing shoes and let your hair down. Enjoy unlimited drinks and two sides while twirling like the stars you truly are.

When: Every Wednesday, 8 pm-11 pm.

Cost: AED 129 per person.

 

What: Suits and Sips

Details: A live DJ will keep spirits high where gents can enjoy four house beverages and one nibble plate for just AED 99 as a weekend warm-up.

When: Every Thursday.

Cost: AED 99 per person.
