Manar Abu Dhabi, part of Public Art Abu Dhabi under The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), has announced a new culinary partnership. In collaboration with WE ARE ONA and Luca Pronzato, an exclusive pop-up dining experience led by guest chef Solemann Haddad of the Michelin-starred Moonrise will take place from 16 to 22 November 2025 on Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi.

WE ARE ONA x Manar Abu Dhabi will make its Middle Eastern debut with a culinary concept celebrating the ancient traditions of open-fire cooking, guided by the dual elements of fire and starlight. Guests will be immersed in an atmospheric experience where the act of dining becomes a reflective encounter, surrounded by scent, light, movement and the natural environment.

This collaboration continues WE ARE ONA’s international series of one-of-a-kind, temporary dining experiences, which have previously appeared in cities including Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Arles and Aspen. Their arrival in the UAE marks a new moment for Abu Dhabi’s cultural and gastronomic scene, bringing together art, design and cuisine to create a multi-sensory, site-specific dining journey.

WE ARE ONA X Manar Abu Dhabi will offer a tasting menu experience with soft beverage pairings priced at AED 750 per person, a further optional beverage pairing package is also available. Seatings will be daily at 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Spaces are limited and are expected to fill quickly, reservations can be made via: Https://abu-dhabi.platinumlist.net/event-tickets/102839/we-are-ona-x-manar-abu-dhabi-pop-up-restaurant
