MultiBank Group, the world’s largest financial derivatives institution, has entered into an exclusive, multi-billion-dollar global joint venture with international sports legend and undefeated UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov (29-0) to build a pioneering regulated ecosystem that connects global finance, sport, and technology.

The venture will see the establishment of MultiBank Khabib LLC, a first-of-its-kind partnership that brings together two global forces — MultiBank Group, recognised for its regulated financial excellence, and Khabib Nurmagomedov, whose influence and legacy extend far beyond the octagon. Headquartered in Dubai, the new company will develop a global network of premium sports ventures and real-world digital assets.

This milestone collaboration realises the vision of MultiBank Group Founder and Chairman Naser Taher for a one-of-a-kind joint venture that grants MultiBank exclusive worldwide rights to create and promote projects under the Khabib Nurmagomedov brand. These will include the launch of 30 state-of-the-art Khabib gyms and the development of initiatives under the Gameplan and Eagle FC brands.

The partnership will be underpinned by MultiBank Group’s regulated digital ecosystem and powered by its $MBG Token, which serves as the driving force behind its expanding portfolio of real-world-asset (RWA) technologies and projects.

Naser Taher, Founder and Chairman of MultiBank Group, stated: “From the UAE, we are shaping a new blueprint for the business of sport through the regulated tokenization of real-world sports assets (RWSA). Together with Khabib Nurmagomedov, and powered by our ecosystem token, $MBG, we are uniting finance and athletics into a single transparent, technology-driven ecosystem — one built on trust, innovation, and the strength of the MultiBank framework. This initiative proudly aligns with the UAE’s vision of becoming a global hub for digital asset innovation and world-class sports.”

Khabib Nurmagomedov added: “This partnership with MultiBank Group is built on shared values of strength, respect, and discipline. Together with Multibank, we are building real global opportunities that go beyond sport, empowering athletes, and fans through a regulated and innovative digital ecosystem. This is only the beginning.”

The MultiBank–Khabib alliance represents a major milestone in bridging the worlds of financial technology and professional sport. By combining regulated tokenisation, blockchain innovation, and global sporting influence, the venture aims to establish a new model for sustainable, transparent, and value-driven sports investment worldwide.
