Command and Control Centre to Oversee UAE’s Largest Data Centre Portfolio and Power G42’s Global Intelligence Grid

Presight, a global leader in artificial intelligence and big data analytics, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Khazna Data Centers, a leading provider of hyperscale digital infrastructure, to roll out an advanced AI-driven facility management platform across Khazna’s entire network of data centres.

Under the agreement, Presight will deploy an AI-powered command and control system to manage operations across 30 data centres in the UAE. Based out of a secure, state-of-the-art AI hub in Abu Dhabi, the platform will utilise artificial intelligence to continuously monitor and optimise key parameters such as energy consumption, cooling efficiency, equipment health, and security. By predicting potential issues before they arise, the system aims to enhance operational performance and reliability around the clock.

The initiative marks a significant step forward in modernising critical infrastructure through Applied Intelligence, reinforcing Presight’s global leadership in AI-enabled operational systems and consolidating Khazna’s position as the operator of the UAE’s largest data centre footprint.

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, said: “With Khazna, we are bringing Applied Intelligence to the front lines of digital infrastructure, embedding AI at the core of mission-critical systems to deliver efficiency, resilience, and sustainability at scale. This project will reflect Presight’s commitment to advancing the UAE’s digital ambitions, showcasing how Abu Dhabi innovation is enabling intelligent operations and setting new global standards for data centre management.”

Hassan Alnaqbi, CEO of Khazna, said: “Through this project with Presight, we’ll elevate how we manage digital infrastructure, transforming operations into intelligent, adaptive systems that anticipate and optimise in real time. We are establishing a new standard for sustainable data centre operations, supporting the UAE’s vision for a smarter, AI-powered digital economy and reinforcing our position as a global leader in next-generation infrastructure.”

The partnership introduces a new era of AI-enabled autonomous data centres at a time when global data demands are accelerating and sustainability pressures are mounting. The solution is designed to transform large-scale infrastructure management through predictive maintenance, smart cooling to reduce energy use, early fault detection to minimise downtime, and unified 24/7 monitoring to maintain seamless operations across Khazna’s facilities.

Crucially, the new command and control centre will also integrate into G42’s Intelligence Grid, a global network of AI infrastructure hubs. This connection will unify the management of Khazna’s UAE operations with G42’s expanding international AI ecosystem, spanning markets from Singapore and Kazakhstan to Europe, Africa, and beyond.
