An Exclusive Invitation-Only Platform Connecting Saudi Arabia’s Luxury and Business Travel Leaders with the Global Market

QnA International has confirmed that the 4th edition of the Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel (KBLT) Congress will return to Riyadh from 15–16 September 2025. Taking place at the Mövenpick Hotel and Residences Riyadh, this distinguished B2B event continues to serve as the Kingdom’s most selective platform for forging high-level business connections between international travel suppliers and Saudi Arabia’s foremost buyers in the corporate, MICE, and luxury travel sectors.

Unlike large-scale trade fairs, the KBLT Congress offers a boutique, results-driven model. Over two days, the programme will feature pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, expert discussions exploring the Kingdom’s unique travel market dynamics, global thought leadership sessions on luxury hospitality, and curated networking opportunities—all designed to generate actionable business outcomes.

The 2025 agenda will examine the future of luxury and business travel through multiple perspectives, from Generation X’s pursuit of heritage to Generation Z’s demand for shareable moments. Themes will include incentive-led travel as a motivator for ambition and loyalty, the growing impact of AI-driven personalisation, and the debate between sustainability and technology as the next great disruptor of global travel. Further sessions will spotlight Saudi women as influential trendsetters, the changing protocols of VVIP travel, and the increasing role of wellness and purpose-driven journeys in defining modern luxury.

More than 120 carefully selected Saudi buyers will meet with international suppliers including airlines, luxury hotels, cruise lines, destinations, and DMCs, to explore opportunities in growth areas such as wellness tourism, multi-generational experiences, halal-friendly travel, and influencer-driven itineraries—all framed within the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.

Sulaiman Al-Romi, Honorary Chairman of the KBLT Advisory Board and a veteran of Saudi hospitality and luxury travel, brings his expertise as CEO of Saudi Premier Travel & Tourism Group and Chairman of Gulf Reps Ltd. Sharing his perspective, he noted: “Loyalty is built through tailored experiences, not generic packages,” urging global brands to focus on privacy and customisation. He described the Saudi outbound traveller in 2025 as “younger, highly informed, and experience-driven with wellness, gastronomy, and cultural immersion defining their choices.”

Mr Al-Romi added: “Saudi outbound travel will continue to grow rapidly, led by a generation seeking global luxury with a local soul. KBLT plays a key role in guiding brands on how to authentically connect with Saudi travellers through strategic partnerships, insight sharing, and curated experiences that reflect the values and aspirations of the Kingdom.”

According to organisers, the 2025 edition will be the most impactful to date. Director Mr Sidh NC emphasised that the event has evolved into more than an industry forum: it is “a strategic catalyst where global leaders in business and luxury travel collaborate with Saudi decision-makers to shape partnerships and ideas that will influence the Kingdom’s outbound journey for years to come.”
