The Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) has confirmed a strategic partnership with NEOM to deliver Module 4 of Cohort 7 of its flagship initiative, the 2030 Leaders Program. The module, entitled ‘Execute: Delivering strategies in a dynamic world’, was held from 14–18 September within NEOM, the pioneering sustainable region under development in northwest Saudi Arabia.

The module is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to lead transformation in rapidly evolving contexts that demand agility and decisive leadership. Drawing on NEOM’s innovative projects and proven expertise in change management, it equips participants with the tools required to turn strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes.

The collaboration reflects the 2030 Leaders Program’s commitment to enhancing the learning experience by working alongside leading organisations that are central to Saudi Arabia’s transformation. As both a hub for innovation and a proving ground for scalable solutions to global challenges, NEOM offers the ideal backdrop for this advanced stage of the programme.

Through this partnership, participants gain first-hand exposure to national models of delivery and transformation. NEOM provides a global benchmark for how visionary projects can be executed, demonstrating the importance of combining multidisciplinary expertise, advanced delivery skills, and structured change management frameworks to realise large-scale ambitions.

Module 4 covers essential components such as negotiation skills, building strategic partnerships, and leading multicultural teams. Participants also benefit from site visits and interactive sessions where NEOM executives share practical insights and experience, deepening their understanding and preparing them for the demands of high-level leadership.

The 2030 Leaders Program is an intensive, world-class development initiative created for senior Saudi executives across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. By blending academic content with hands-on experience, the programme builds competencies in leadership, innovation, and transformation. Fully aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, it seeks to empower Saudi leaders to deliver meaningful change and actively shape the Kingdom’s future.
