The 60-minute delivery service marks the first of its kind in the regional pet care industry

The Petshop, the UAE’s leading pet care retailer, has commenced the full roll-out of the 60-minute delivery service in Dubai and Abu Dhabi—making it faster and easier than ever for pet owners to get what they need.

Customers can now receive their pet essentials within an hour, reflecting The Petshop’s ongoing focus on convenience and customer satisfaction. This new service makes The Petshop the first in the region’s pet retail sector to offer such a quick and efficient delivery option.

Amr Hazem, CEO of The Petshop said “With an increasing number of customers seeking instant and express delivery options, we’ve responded by launching a 60-minute delivery service — a significant step in our commitment to innovation and elevating the standard of pet care across the region.”

The new express service follows The Petshop’s continued growth. With nine stores across the UAE, including a 22,000 sq ft flagship megastore in Dubai Investment Park and a fully integrated e-commerce platform, The Petshop is the only omnichannel pet care brand in the region offering retail, B2B, online, and service-based solutions all under one roof.

Since being acquired by Aliph Capital in 2022, The Petshop has increased investment in technology, logistics, and customer experience, leading to industry-first services like the 60-minute delivery.

Beyond retail, the group includes Petsville, the region’s largest boarding and daycare facility, with unique concepts including various play areas and swimming pools for dogs, as well as Lucky Vet, which is dedicated to providing top-tier medical care to the highest standards in veterinary medicine for small animals.
