A Fresh Take on Brunch Arrives at Maison Mathis, voco Dubai The Palm

A reimagined brunch experience where soulful flavours, beachside views, and live music come together
Maison Mathis at voco Dubai The Palm has elevated its Saturday offering with a refreshed brunch concept that celebrates laid-back indulgence, thoughtful cooking, and breezy beachfront charm. Running every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, the new brunch introduces a curated selection of reimagined European-inspired dishes, flowing drinks, and live entertainment, designed to bring friends and families together for a weekend ritual done right.
The newly curated menu brings together familiar favourites with a fresh twist — golden truffle risotto bites, sticky beef ribs, garlicky shrimp, and artichoke flatbread — all leading up to the signature Joie de Vivre Platter, a generous medley of grilled meats and seafood served to share. For dessert, the kitchen keeps things nostalgic with creamy cheesecake and crisp churros, served tableside with raspberry coulis and rich chocolate sauce.
Beverage offerings are equally abundant. Guests can sip on handcrafted mocktails, house spirits, or chilled bubbles, with pitchers of Aperol Spritz flowing from a dedicated Aperol booth that adds a sunny note to the experience.
Entertainment unfolds live, as soulful vocals blend seamlessly with saxophone sets, creating a breezy, feel-good atmosphere that carries through the afternoon. Younger guests are kept just as engaged with interactive kids’ entertainment, including face painting and beachside fun — making this a family-friendly occasion with something for everyone.
Set against the backdrop of Palm West Beach, Maison Mathis delivers a refined-yet-relaxed brunch experience, with a service style that’s attentive without being formal, and a menu that pays homage to both comfort and craft.
