Los Angeles-based Aristara has made its Arabian Gulf debut with the introduction of a multilingual WhatsApp assistant at the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) World, designed to provide delegates with real-time event information in over 50 languages.
Aristara AI has unveiled its multilingual digital assistant at FHS World, offering attendees instant access to key event details and live updates throughout the summit.
The WhatsApp-based assistant allows delegates to interact seamlessly by asking questions about sessions, speakers, venues, and schedules in their preferred language. In addition, The Bench — the organisers of FHS World — will use the platform to deliver timely notifications, ensuring an efficient and connected event experience.
Founded in Los Angeles by experts in hospitality and technology, Aristara is an AI-powered company revolutionising hotel operations and guest engagement. Its platform leverages automation, personalisation, and intelligent data insights to improve service efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive profitability. The FHS World debut also marks Aristara’s formal entry into the Arabian Gulf, a key strategic growth region for the company.
Rosanna Wang, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Aristara, said: “We are honoured to introduce our technology at FHS World in partnership with The Bench. This is an ideal platform to showcase how AI can enhance event engagement. It also represents an exciting beginning for Aristara in the Arabian Gulf, where we see tremendous opportunities to support hoteliers and event organisers with innovative solutions.”
