Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has announced that Danah Bay, its landmark waterfront community on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, has received the title of “Best Mixed-Use Development” at the distinguished Arabian Property Awards 2025–2026.

This recognition highlights Danah Bay’s forward-thinking design, detailed planning, and comprehensive approach to integrated lifestyles, firmly establishing it as one of the region’s most notable coastal destinations.

Occupying prime shoreline on Al Marjan Island, the project consists of 189 villas ranging from two to five bedrooms, including exclusive breakwater villas with direct sea views. In addition, two towers are part of the scheme: one offering premium apartments and the other featuring a 300-key resort hotel.

“Winning this award reflects Dubai Investment Real Estate’s commitment to shaping landmark destinations that set new benchmarks in design, sustainability, and lifestyle experiences,” said Obaid Al Salami, General Manager, Dubai Investment Real Estate. “Danah Bay exemplifies how strategic planning, premium design, and integrated community living can enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal as a thriving hub for residents, investors, and visitors alike. This recognition reinforces DIR’s vision to deliver developments that not only offer world-class amenities but also contribute meaningfully to the emirate’s economic and social growth.”

The Arabian Property Awards celebrate excellence in real estate and hospitality across the globe. Danah Bay was recognised for its contribution to raising industry standards through its quality, sustainability, and innovative approach.

Featuring a walkable layout, landscaped open spaces, and premium finishes, the development combines luxury and comfort with direct connectivity to the sea. With panoramic coastal views, private beaches, wellness facilities, dining outlets, and retail offerings, Danah Bay delivers a complete lifestyle environment for both residents and visitors.

The award reinforces Danah Bay’s position as a landmark address in Ras Al Khaimah, showcasing Dubai Investment Real Estate’s strength in creating projects that merge architectural distinction, sustainable design, and community-focused living, while supporting the emirate’s wider ambition to strengthen its role as a leading hub for investment and tourism in the UAE.
