The Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has received the Middle East & North Africa Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award for 2025. This esteemed accolade honours organisations that successfully transform knowledge and expertise into long-term value, while championing innovation-led approaches to development and excellence.

The recognition follows a comprehensive evaluation by international specialists and the submission of detailed evidence showcasing Dubai Culture’s pioneering initiatives. This achievement underscores the Authority’s leadership in applying forward-looking strategies and reaffirms its mission to enhance Dubai’s status as a global capital for creativity and innovation.

Dubai Culture distinguished itself across all MIKE assessment areas, driven by its dedication to institutional excellence, the cultivation of a knowledge-based cultural ecosystem, and the empowerment of talent. The Authority’s initiatives to design spaces that encourage collaboration, alongside strategic partnerships at both local and global levels, have significantly enhanced its reputation and international standing.

Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture, emphasised that winning the MIKE Award reflects the Authority’s unwavering commitment to embedding innovation within its organisational strategy. She said: “This award is a valuable addition to our record of achievements, highlighting our ability to deliver pioneering solutions and services that drive continuous improvement. It strengthens Dubai’s cultural and creative ecosystem while fostering an environment that empowers creators across disciplines, reinforcing our competitiveness on the regional and global stage.”

The MIKE Award is globally recognised as one of the most distinguished honours in the fields of knowledge management and innovation, attracting participation from leading organisations and institutions across a diverse range of sectors.
