LocoBear, the go-to destination for distinctive social and fitness experiences, is set to transform the way people stay active with the launch of its brand-new trampoline training programme – Loco Freestyle Academy. Open to both children and adults, the academy will debut with an electrifying one-hour Trampoline Class on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, at 6:00 PM, promising to get pulses racing and spirits soaring.
This dynamic programme is more than just a class; it’s an opportunity to learn and master the art of trampoline movement. Loco Freestyle Academy offers a wide array of tricks and techniques – from flips, tucks, and twists to rolls and drops – all taught in a safe and structured environment. Beyond learning skills and building confidence on the trampoline, participants enjoy impressive fitness benefits, including enhanced mobility, balance, coordination, and strength, while keeping the experience exciting and fun.
Led by experienced professional trainers, each session is carefully designed to combine cardio, strength, and core exercises with the exhilaration of trampoline skills. Whether starting with basic controlled jumps or progressing to more advanced twists, turns, and drops, participants are consistently challenged in ways that are both engaging and rewarding.
