New Hilton property to open in Manama’s Al Seef District

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the opening of the Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences, marking the arrival of a new concept that blends residential-style comfort with premium hospitality in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Located in the vibrant Al Seef District of Manama, the property brings together the conveniences of home with Hilton’s signature service.

The hotel was officially inaugurated by Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, marking an important addition to Bahrain’s expanding luxury tourism and hospitality offering.

Hotel owner Mr. Mahmood Mohamed Faqeeh emphasised the development’s strategic value and expressed pride in introducing a flagship premium living experience to the Kingdom.

Featuring 594 contemporary studios, apartments and penthouses – including one, two and three-bedroom configurations – Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences offers fully equipped kitchens and modern amenities in every unit. Many rooms provide sweeping views of the Bahrain skyline and the Arabian Gulf, making the property particularly appealing for families, long-stay guests and extended business visits.

The hotel enjoys a prime location next to Bahrain City Centre Mall and within short reach of several key destinations. Pristine beaches are close by, while Bahrain Financial Harbour, The Avenues Mall and Bahrain Exhibition Centre are all within five kilometres. With Bahrain International Airport only 17 minutes away, the property caters to both corporate and leisure travellers.

Dining is a central part of the experience. The Collective Café offers artisanal coffee, speciality teas, fresh pastries and traditional afternoon tea. The Collective restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes made with locally sourced produce. Super Bass delivers a vibrant American-style burger concept, while the Pool Lounge offers a relaxed setting for snacks and non-alcoholic cocktails.

The hotel’s 7th Floor has been designed as a standout leisure destination. Overlooking Bahrain Bay, the level brings together fitness, wellness and family activities in a single elevated space. Guests have access to a state-of-the-art gym with dedicated mixed and ladies-only areas, a spa featuring seven treatment rooms and traditional Moroccan hammams, and several swimming options including indoor, outdoor and children’s pools. Kids and teens can enjoy dedicated clubs and curated activities, while Super Bass Restaurant & Pool Lounge provides gourmet comfort food, mocktails and indulgent shakes, establishing the 7th Floor as one of Bahrain’s most distinctive lifestyle hubs.

For business guests, the hotel features a flexible meeting room for up to 30 attendees with natural daylight, along with elegant event spaces for social occasions, private events and small conferences.

General Manager Hassan El Wahidi, who has more than 35 years of hospitality experience across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, leads the opening. Commenting on the launch, he said: “Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences is a new lifestyle destination for the Kingdom. From our residential-style accommodation and world-class facilities to our unique 7th Floor experiences, we have designed every detail to combine the warmth of home with the sophistication of Hilton hospitality. It is an honour to lead this flagship opening, and I look forward to welcoming our guests to discover Bahrain in style.”
