Ameer, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) who qualified with PwC, brings over two decades of financial leadership across the international hospitality industry. His career has taken him through the UK, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider EMEA region, where he has become known for his expertise in strategic financial governance, operational optimisation and high-performing team leadership.

Prior to joining STORY Hospitality, Ameer held the role of Senior Vice President of Finance at COOL INC, reporting directly to the Group CEO. He led on capital structure planning, investment strategy, financial planning, and group-wide controls, making a significant contribution to the company’s overall financial stability and long-term performance.

Ameer also spent more than ten years with Hilton in senior regional finance positions across the Middle East and Africa.
