Organic Foods & Café has partnered with nutritionist Harriet Hills to introduce a free 30-day health challenge. The programme aims to help people recover after the festive season and build simple habits they can keep.

The challenge runs from Monday 12 January to Monday 9 February. It offers a guided reset that focuses on gut health, balanced meals, daily structure and proper rest. The plan avoids strict rules and crash diets. Participants will receive weekly video sessions led by experts, clear health goals, simple recipes, access to a private online platform and two live coaching calls with Harriet Hills for ongoing support.

The four-week programme starts with a gentle gut reset to support digestion after the holidays. It then shifts to building steady eating routines that suit daily life. The third phase focuses on whole foods to support the body’s natural detox process. The final week centres on rest and recovery, with a focus on sleep, energy and evening habits. Participants complete the programme feeling refreshed and more balanced.

To join, people can follow the sign-up steps shared on Organic Foods & Café’s Instagram page, where the challenge has been announced.

To help make these healthy habits feel effortless, Organic Foods & Café also has a series of thoughtful in-store moments and seasonal offers for the month of January, giving easy ways to stock up on wholesome ingredients and discover new favourites along the way:
