ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has confirmed its return as a Foundation Partner of Cityscape Global 2025 for the third consecutive year. Under the theme “Building The Difference, Shaping The Future”, the Group will highlight its role in advancing the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia.

Cityscape Global will take place in Malham, Riyadh, from 17 to 20 November. This year’s edition will feature ROSHN Group’s largest-ever showcase, including a landmark pavilion in Hall One. Visitors will have the chance to explore the Group’s extensive portfolio spanning residential and mixed-use developments as well as retail, leisure, and commercial destinations across the Kingdom. The pavilion will also offer a series of interactive and immersive experiences that reflect ROSHN Group’s vision of fostering highly connected, people-centred communities while reaffirming its leadership as a major real estate developer and strategic partner.

In line with its commitment to innovation, the Group will host the region’s largest PropTech Hackathon, unveiling new tracks designed to encourage the creation of cutting-edge technology solutions for the real estate sector.

ROSHN Group executives will participate in thought leadership sessions throughout the event, contributing to key discussions on the future of living and on designing communities that improve quality of life. They will share insights into ROSHN’s approach to creating integrated mixed-use destinations that unite residential, commercial, leisure, and sporting elements, with a strong emphasis on people-centric development. The Group will also explore opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and investment with stakeholders at international, regional, and local levels.
