End summer in the shape of your life without starving your bank account, because Fairmont the Palm is putting on free yoga classes during September.
The five-star resort is to opening its yoga studio to the community for the whole month. Against a backdrop of colourful murals, Dubai-based yoga teacher Melanie Swan will lead four classes a week that are open the men and women.
Designed to suit everyone from beginners to more advanced students, the 60-minute classes will be an energetic Vinyasa flow, using routines to combine strong movements, build strength and mobility and increase body awareness.
Sessions are free to Dubai residents – all you need to do is register in advance for a spot. Join Melanie from 2nd-30th September every Monday and Wednesday at 9.30am or every Sunday and Tuesday at 7pm, at Fairmont The Palms’ Healthclub.
After practising yoga for 10 years, Melanie recently completed her 300HR Yoga Alliance under Bryce Yoga in Thailand, which means she’s finished an impressive 300 hours of yoga teacher training. See her dedication in action on Instagram @desertswanblog.
