Puppy Pilates is the adorable animal workout that you didn’t know you needed in your life.
Dog owners only need apply to the canine-friendly classes run by yoga and Pilates practitioners Phoenix Rising. The sessions received a tail wag from pet lovers and their pooches when they launched earlier in 2018.
Now they’re back for the paw-fect post-summer workout. The first class takes place indoors at Dogwalk day centre in Al Quoz on Saturday, 8th September, from 4pm. Sessions alternate twice a month between there and on the terrace of 701, a café and artists’ hang-out in Business Bay. So whether you crave an al freso stretch or still need the shade, there’s an option for you. What’s more, seven workouts are scheduled between now and December.

Outdoor classes at 701 are AED 125, which includes a coffee or tea, or AED 115 if you sign up with organisers The Animal Agency or Reading Dogs. Indoor classes at Dogwalk are AED 95 or AED 85 respectively.
