What do you call a completely comp’d coffee? A cof-free. No? A café gratté? Still no. In celebration of International Coffee Day on 1st October, a trio of gourmet caffs in The Dubai Mall are giving away free coffee with every order of breakfast food. GIA serves some amazing heart and tummy-warming Italian grub, Social House serves international food with a focus on Asian cuisine. Park ‘n’ espresso shot
UAE brand Park House is proudly peacocking its awesomeness by giving away free coffee at its Nessnass Beach site. Head down up until 9pm to grab a free coffee-to-go or for a sit down and dine-in. Pair 100 per cent organic joe with a little something from the bakery – there are croissants, banana bread and brownies. Just a quick FYI – this generous offer is not available at the Barsha Pond Park and XPark Junior branches.

Let the coffee flow
Flow, the homegrown healthy eating restaurant, has teamed up with Nightjar Coffee, the artisanal coffee roasters based in Alserkal Avenue, for an exclusive ‘Coffee Cupping’ event. Nightjar’s ‘Head of Coffee’ Antony Papandreou and his head barista will host a one-off masterclass where guests can discover different brewing and production processes, with the first 15 attendees enjoying free tastings. The first 100 coffees sold at Flow on 1st October will also be handed out completely free of charge.

Lime Tree Cafe and Kitchen is offering two-for-one coffee deals. This popular coffee shop is now 17 years old and sits happily, and ever-so hipsterly across four locations (The Walk, Al Quoz, Jumeirah 1 and ppposite Gold & Diamond park). A couple of days after International Coffee Day, Arrows and Sparrows is giving away free coffee to customers on Thursday, October 4th as part of its second birthday celebrations. Customers can drop in any time between 8am and 10pm at Emaar Business Park in The Greens to get some delicious 100 per cent organic coffee from RAW Coffee Company.
