This seafood suffused brunch is from start to finish packed with fresh delicacies from the deep. The Fish House’s chefs hit the markets while we’re still sleeping, to ensure the freshest catches from the seas that have been at the heart of Emirati life for centuries.

Your afternoon here begins with a salmon and market fish pot, Greek olives and bread crisps.

As you take in the beautiful views from the waterfront restaurant’s huge terrace and across Festival Bay, the kitchen is busy putting together an impressive tower of fish that’s locally sourced, and served with seafood treats. Stacked up for diners to share is a fine catch of avocado clams, blackfish sliders and that retro favourite, prawn cocktail.

Next, cast your eyes over a choice of fish and meat main courses that will reel you in with generous sides. Flamed grilled baby chicken with mac and cheese? Vine leaf wrapped bream and steam greens? The choice is yours!

Inside the restaurant, a singer is making waves among brunch-goers, flooding the light and airy space with an upbeat atmosphere.
